Mr. Manos often brought new ideas to the executive chef of the Palmer House, Chicago, Il. Ernest E. Amiet, for his expert opinion. The renowned chef was so impressed, he soon joined Mr. Manos at Swiss Products, where he developed many of the recipes still in use.
